Only the children in the public school systems, since Bush re-appropriated the tax monies to the private Neocon Fascist institutions at the American tax payers expense.

no it means that all children are being given the opportunity
to excel
its a two way street
if the child and the parents want academic success they are being given the chance to earn it.
It's not another Liberal government Give-Away program
but a honest attempt to improve education through
something Liberals know very little about
it's called accountability
you can laugh all you want and probably would prefer to continue
to do what the Democratically owned education establishment
wants which is to continue to throw money at it
but if school districts are producing underachieving students then its time someone was held accountable (system administrators and teachers)
establishing benchmarks demands that schools start doing what they are chartered to do and that is educate.
the no child left behind program is a good program

Some children will always get ahead, no matter what program or system is set up because many of the wealthier families can provide everything their children need or want. All children should be equal but unfortunately they aren't and so far no program through any government talks or promises have come through for the ones left out.

Pretty much. The only benefit that I can see to this No Child Left Behind crap is that the teachers don't necessarily have to teach to the lowest common denominator, because those kids are going to be promoted to the next grade regardless if they pass or not. All in all, I think it is a stupid idea.

...yet have not researched and do not know for valuable, that the investment for classes like Upward sure has been decrease, curiously to place the money to apply for the "No baby Left in the back of" software. i know that the Upward sure software at my alma mater has lost investment and that i've got heard of others that have. Now, Upward sure is a superb software. i'm a UB alumna and that i know that i does no longer have had to end extreme college, much less pass directly to college without it. I stay in a community with a extreme extreme college dropout cost, and the dropout cost hasn't replaced interior the years that this gadget has been in result. It hasn't replaced lots considering I graduated (approximately 10 years in the past). i do no longer think of it extremely is working. I have no thought what could artwork, yet i do no longer think of this gadget, as that's, will save drop out costs down. As a side word, despite the fact that if, dropouts at the instant are not unavoidably destined for a lifetime of poverty. I honestly have some pals who have been dropouts and that they now earn greater money than I do (a school graduate, working in her field). They did get their GEDs as a fashion to make that money, however the act of chucking up the sponge does no longer immediately make one destined to poverty. there are a number of college graduates obtainable who stay in poverty via fact they only can't locate jobs of their field. Chin up. Educators can do their very superb, yet finally, if a pupil drops out, it extremely is possibly no longer via something the educator might have prevented. it extremely is via matters that the pupil has that would desire to be worked out by way of them.

it actually is similar to whatthe libs have been promoting for years... that is no more grades.. no one's feelings get hurt that way...and no more staying back a grade because that too will ruin you for life...thus no child is left behind...yet many children get nowhere...both parties are to blame for our downfall in education
