Im with you too on the 60-70 muscle cars, but. Look at the basics, this hasnt changed at all. You still get ignition misfirs. Check your wires and plugs. Check the ignition cap and rotor , if you have them. Just do the basic checks, im sure that you will find what is causing the misfiring.

I've dealt with this in the past...the last time it happened was because I had washed my cleaned my engine and water had gotten into the plug wires and spark plug wells causing small shorts...

Did you wash your engine recently? If so try some Wire Dryer. Also you could try replacing your plug wires and plugs. As far as I know it wouldn't be your timing because Honda Computers automatically adjust for mis-timing.
