About 50% of the time I have sex I have a severe muscle cramp in one of my thighs (usually the left one) almost exactly at the moment I orgasm. It doesn't stop me, but it sure doesn't feel good. Also, I really love to stay inside and keep going for a second round, but when this happens I am unable to do so. Does this happen to anyone else out there? I am extremely sexually active, so this happens at least 2 or 3 times a week.

Maybe you could try stretching your hamstrings and loosening things up before you engage. Also, I know that muscle cramps can be caused by a lack of calcium. Since you're this sexually active, I'm thinking you're a younger man. So, I doubt the calcium deficiency.

Maybe you should just make an appt. with your doctor. Don't be embarrassed to tell him/her. They've heard stories you wouldn't believe. I think it's best to make sure there are no underlying problems. And if you solve your problem, it will be well worth it, right?

Oh, double ouch!! I had a rump cramp once, and it did nothing to enhance the "mood". Pretty much killed the moment.
Muscle cramps are often caused by a lack of potassium, resulting in an electrytic imbalance. Strenuous exercise with sweating may cause loss of potassium and other important minerals.
I got this from Web M.D. site. Maybe you just need a Potassium supplement. You can get it at health food section of grocery store.

Try eating banannas, the extra potasium will help with the cramps, I get muscle cramps in my calves and I ususally eat banannas and that helps, I haven't had cramps in my thigh during sex, but have had it in a calf, (charlie horse), those suck. Pretty much a mood killer.

That or getting back spasms during sex really sucks too.

After five c-sections you may also good have adhesions from the entire scar tissue from the ones surgical procedures. That might be inflicting your stomach discomfort. It's regularly excellent to look a health care provider besides whilst you are experiencing stomach discomfort. Good good fortune.

I guess all you "MO's" have this cramp! Try pitching instead of catching all the time.
