It's not difficult. You must swallow your pride and realize you just were'nt qualified for the position. It's not always about race, you know.

Jobs are very hard to get in Toronto. There's a lot of competition for jobs out there!
I don't think being black is a reason for not being hired. Perhaps the competition out there has more experience/education in the field, so the job goes to them first.

not sure it's about race, Canada has every colour of the rainbow living here..lol...not to say some bosses aren't raciest oinkers...but...my niece has been trying to get a job since she got out of university, all her class mates have gotten one, but not her, and she's as white as you can get..lol...some times it's just the competition or your not selling yourself the way they want...sorry and good luck
