Some hail dent places get the dent really hot with a heat gun and dump some dry ice in it. The sudden contraction can pop the dent out.

Ive removed quite a few if you can get behind the dent and push on the center of it it will pop out now depending on if the metal is creased or not you can make it look a lot better
