it's either your relay or your multifunction switch. a light bulb usualy isnt a intermittently failing kind of part. most likely the multifunction switch (the stalk the controls the blinkers) if contacts get dirty or back out, you will get intermittent problems.

i have no idea what it would take to get that switch out for an inspection. it wouldnt hurt to get a Chilton's repair manual for your car.

The relay is called a flasher and should be located with your fuses. It is easily replaced. a good parts store can show you it's location. I would suggest you try replacing the flasher before trying a major switch replacement. The flasher could possibly be making a bad connection at where it is plugged in. Have you physically looked at your turn signals or are you going on the assumption they don't work

in particular situations starters in simple terms dangle up. attempt tapping on the starter some situations with a small hammer. additionally ought to be the solenoid. skip the solenoid with a screwdriver around the terminals. If it turns over, it incredibly is your subject. in case you get a bathtub of sparks and nevertheless no longer something, then you definitely want a sparkling starter.

you dont mention if problem is with left and right or just one side. assuming it doesnt work on either side, most probable cause is 4-way switch in dash. flasher is built into the switch.
