Depends on what you do. Tellers "work in a bank", but so do currency traders and risk managers...

Cash is dirty and smelly.....I've worked in a bank for 12 years and walking in to the vault smells horrible and counting cash turns your hands black.

In addition, the Hollywood image of banks and bank vaults is false. Most banks don't have lots of cash, they sell it to the Federal Reserve on a regular basis and are required to keep cash totals to a minimum. Bank vaults are very unimpressive.
