This usually consists of a lifestyle that is sedentary and a diet that is high in fat and empty calories. Even people who are not overweight and are on such a lifestyle have very poor health.
All you gotta do is just eat more of what is good and just be sure to get out and do something active. Eat foods that are high in carbohydrates and proteins. Be sure to get your fruits and vegetables in and make sure you're consuming all the vitamins and minerals you should.

Okay...ultimately, our height, weight and appearance , are determined by the genetic factors too .
Take an ice cream daily, in addition to carbohydrates and proteins.

Bulk up by weight training. You don't want to get fat, I assure you, "fat" and fit don't go together. Pump iron and take protien supplements, but do it under a trained professional's guidance.

Ive seen lots of fat people who are fit and very attractive. You need to keep toned muscular and carry your weight well. I love those chubby cheeks.

fat means overweight and overweight is not healthy and unfit. depending on your body type, you might want to consider building muscles by doing strength workout and lifting weights. but you still have to eat healthy.
