Wait til the day is over before you do anything. But for what it's worth, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Anyway, what did you have to do with your birth? To me, Mother's should get the party and presents. And, if there is a dad still around, he can get one too!

If it isn't a surprise for your birthday then drop hints the next day. Something like "Oh, turning _____ has made me feel old." or "You know I don't feel any different being ___ than I did being ___". If they ask if it was your birthday, just say that it was yesterday, and act like it doesn't bother you they forgot. They might try to make it up to you. And don't feel too bad. Some of my friends have forgotten my birthday before, it's bound to happen to everyone sooner or later.
