I do not really know if you are asking about a birthday or a present so I will give ideas for both those things. How about taking her out and getting a pedicure and manicure, then take her out for a nice lunch, and get her hair done? That is very girly stuff, and it would make a nice present. In Mexico, they have a special party called a quinceneara; it is where there is a fancy party, the girl is dressed as if she is going to a prom, but she wears flats. When the dancing starts, her father brings the first pair of heels to her to signify that she is growing up now, and no longer a little girl. She puts them on, and they dance. It is very sweet. You might have her hair done and her picture made, a really nice one to show that she's growing up. I loved that as a 15 year old.
