I always have a tough time watching the orderly in Terminator 2 lick Sarah Conner's face when she's strapped down . . .that is just wrong. I don't know how she did it, as an actress.

I guess the reason I find the lick the most disturbing is because it was real. Be it acting or no, he still bent over and licked her face. All of the other stuff listed here is probably special effects. The boys in brokeback didn't really hump each other, the guy in history x didn't really get a curb job, and nothing else is real. This perv actually licked her face, and she didn't even flinch. I know I have a reflex built in me that would make me revolt if I was licked, unless it was by somebody like Jennifer Love Hewitt & I got paid for it.
Paid a LOT.

What I find to be really funny is that you've listed a scene in which someone gets licked, and everyone else is listing scenes that are violently gross (even though I'm with them on those...and also surprised that there are 2 other people who saw Audition). I like yours the best so far. The fact that it bothers you is pretty interesting. I'm most disturbed by that foot fungus commercial where the germ lifts up the toenail and climbs in. I cringe every time he lifts the nail up, and it's not even real!

The scene in Deliverance exchange into somewhat annoying yet for me, the main annoying scene i've got seen in a action picture exchange into the single from Requiem For A Dream the place Jennifer Connelly exchange into compelled to pass into that room finished of guys and carry out lewd sexual acts all so as that she might desire to get a success of velocity. For me, that action picture decrease incredibly close to to the bone and the clarification i got here across it so annoying is by technique of the fact it incredibly isnt far in any respect from what is going on in genuine life.

It is not really disturbing but the part on nightmare on elm street when freddy sucks the boy into the bed and his bood fly everywhere.
THe other scene is when in Pet Semetary Gage gets killed by the orinoco truck reading about in the book was bad enough.

I agree with the people that said American History X and Audition, those are scenes that I can't forget. I also think the scene in Pulp Fiction where Marcellus Wallace is raped is disturbing.

I've seen a lot of disturbing stuff, but I thought the worst scene was in Syriana when the little kid jumps into the electrically charged pool and dies. That was the worst.

The entirety of "I Spit On Your Grave." It has the longest rape scene in cinema history. It's brutal. If you can watch that movie and not get squeamish, then you're pure evil.
