A couple of years ago, here in the UK, a convicted rapist won the lottery & about a year later, a convicted thug won it...
Do you think these idiots should be allowed to enter & keep their winnings??
I think they should be left to rot in prison..

Well how do they get the tickets. Maybe they should have to donate some of it to charity. Or maybe pay for their keep while in prison. Or perhaps it should be given to the family that was hurt by them.
