i have a ipod/itunes that i desperatley need answerd! help!?

well i have my friends ipod that i need to plung into itunes....but everytime i plug it in it says cannot work becaise it requires itunes 7.0 and up so it tels me to go download it...and i did like 3 times but that same message keeps popping up..its those new ones the silver 1 (nano 2 gig) i have a pc......what should i do!

I recommend that you completely uninstall the iTunes and then reinstall the itunes with the new itunes 7.0 download u have. May you should try itunes 7.1??.

Go to the Apple website, they might have some kind of troubleshooting for that or a live chat.
