I am looking to get a nintendo wii, but no where is accepting preorders. I know gamestop, and ebgames took preorders but they were out in the first few hrs. Walmart.com and Amazon.com still isn't taking preorders. Anyone else know anything about them? Anywhere taking preorders? Think it possible to show up at local walmart at 7 am(open) and pick one up? it being released on a sunday??

It is scheduled for November 19 for the U.S. you are right your best bet is to just wait outside a major retailer and hope to be one of the first in line. Get cmaping Saturday night. But they should be more readily available because they have more units to ship, so if you don't get it the first day chances are they will have enough to restock later on.

Wow, November 19th. I can't wait to get a Wii; it looks like a major competitor this year, unlike the GC was. Standing in line will probably be your only option. Guess I'll have to hop in line, too.
