My dad is Mexican and he has been to Mexico... I know a lot abot Mexico (i am mexican and puerto rican) but havent really been there much. So I just want to know if it is true. MEXICANS CAN HAVE BlONDE HAIR BLUE EYES. So dont say they cant. Look it up and if there is what is the city called?

In some communities in middle Mexico, around Puebla, Tlaxcala, Queretaro, and Hidalgo (European Heritage, similar to the isolated communities in the States)
The Menonitas, and some of those communities in which the small immigrant populations isolated.

I blame the media. A lot of people think that only the types of people and things that the media says are beautiful are beautiful. However, I wouldn't call blonde hair blue eyes the STANDARD of beauty in the west. The standard of beauty in the west is well... beauty. I mean, Angeline Jolie, Beyonce, Tyra Banks, Kim Kardashian... the list goes on, are considered to be some of the most beautiful women and they are NOT blonde hair and blue eyed.

I guess you are talking about the northern part of the state of Jalisco, where a lot of people has European Heritage. Yes there are Blonde and Blue eyed people over here, but it´s not just in one city it´s all over the country.
