Forsberg getting injured is not a great surprise, Clarke holding onto his job is. Unless I am mistaken he is the longest serving GM in the league and not much to show for it(Cups). The cleaning house done a couple of days ago were all players signed by Clarke.Time for Snyder to put friendship aside and get rid of the main reason Philly will go nowhere again this year. Too bad, as I liked Clarke
as a player but not all great players make good coaches and GM's.

I don't think I'm surprised. But it does show how aggresive he is. Don't call him a wimp, because he is probably in the top 10 to ever play the game. Plus, the injury is only listed as day to day. So I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's just too bad people are starting to call him "fragile". If most players in the NHL got the hits he takes, they'd be out for weeks at a time.

Poor guy, he's really talented but he keeps getting injured. If he was always healthy, he would have probably broken some records by now.
