Depends on what part. This week we are in the 70s, but that is about to change. If southern california, it will be nice and cool, but bring a windbreaker. If you are going to san francisco, bring a warm jacket, it gets very cold at night.

something light weight, a light sweater for the sometimes chilly mornings. It does depend what part of California too. But whichever, be prepared for hot weather, or chilly, cloudy weather.
my suggestion:
jeans, ballet shoes, cami, w/ a blazer/jacket over.
It it gets hot, you'll be wearing a cami which is perfect, if it gets cold you have a jacket/blazer to button up.
and jeans is just about perfect for almost any weather.

That depends on which area of California you are going to. It's a big state, and does have varying climates. Check the weather for the specific city you are going to and determine your clothing from that. :)

Hmm...our style nowadays is the 70's leggings, headbands, stuff like that. If you're going to San Fran, bring a warm jacket, it get's quite cold over there.
You can check the weather if you want.
I usually wear a t-shirt and jeans. It's kinda warm and breezy over in my town.

If you're going to SoCal wear shorts (capris if you're a girl) or jeans, a tee shirt and a hoodie or sweatshirt, wear converse, nikes or skater shoes, or just flip flops and you'll blend right in

Nothing. No one will notice you. If you must, a Lakers jersey, shorts and sandals. To be noticed, wear a Detroit Pistons jersey.

If you dont want to do that, wear shorts and tshirts. and birkenstocks. it never hurt to be too comfortable

Duh be comfortable wear your bathing suit and some shorts.
