Just start creating some raps and getting some guys together. Go to your churches youth group or another one that has a praise band and see if you can do some raps with them. Or perform during a youth service(our youth has worship ever Sunday night as part of youth if you find a church like that they might let you rap once in a while.
You can also contact people like KJ-52 to see how they got started.

find friends that are "saved and sanctified" and rap away.
the only hard part is finding the friends. what about at your church?
or maybe you could be a solo artist? huh?
