I think you can still wear certain things from A&F, like the cargo pants, but you should definitely update your wardrobe a bit. I recommend Banana Republic. It's bit more money then your brands but slowly you can start buying stuff more appropriate to your age. Button down shirt with roll up sleeves over jeans looks better then T-shirt. Don't tuck it in. Make sure it well fitted to your size. Looking sophisticated doesn't mean you can't be free spirited. Anyway, good luck with your shopping.
