How to change your start up screen in internet explorer?

Tools\Internet Options
on the general tab there should be a section called home page
type in the address of the page you want

From the top menu: Tools > Internet Options> Home Page address
and change

Click ok. done

click on 'tools'- 'internet options' and type the website name in the textbox.
