I waited *almost* 'till last minute, but this time I think I've got the basics down. But I really need help with the rest of this. I'm having a birthday party if you will. I never had a sweet sixteen, so I'm kind of compensating for it now. I'm having about four friends over, and its just gonna be an all girls thing. It's gotta be low budget, but I have no idea for something fun. I need some ideas! I wanna do something really fun!!!!!!!! Any ideas???

Uh.... for future reference, I don't think 7 minutes in heaven is fun... I think it's really immature. I'd like to have people respect me, not think I'm promiscous, thank you very much. And yes I do know that all it is is kissing, but I'm still not into it.
Oh, and I'm too young to be gambling, I only turned 17 lol.

put all the money you can on one number in a casino. when you win, use all the money you get to hire people who will plan out the party for you

invite some boys and play 7 minutes in heaven. IT WILL WORK!!! do it. u may think i am crazy but 4 16 yr olds that'll work....lock ur friends in a hall closet or something with a boy in there 2. THEY WILL THINK ITS THE BEST PARY EVER!!!!!!!!!!! cYa
