I would be wary of the answers you get here. There are better forums to ask.

The place to start is the web site for the American Embassy in Manila. It has the long process you need to start. You cannot just go over there, and pick her up. To start, she will need to get a Philippine Passport. You must have visited her within the past two years. She will need to get an appointment at the American Embassy for an interview. If she passes the interview she will get a visa. Check the web site listed below for the detailed procedure.

I think nicelvguy and Harry are both interpreting your question differently. Nicelvguy is interpreting your message that you already have the fiancee visa. Harry is interpreting your message that you do not have the fiancee visa yet. When I first read your question, I interpreted it that you already have the visa and you want to go to Manila to bring her back to the USA.
If you have the visa already, nicelvguy is correct. You won't need any documents to bring her to the USA. In fact, you don't even need to go to Manila unless you want to accompany her back. Otherwise, she already has all the documents she will need.
If you don't have the visa, than Harry is right. It takes up to a year to get a visa after you apply. You can't just show up and bring her back without dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's.
A great source for help is the yahoo group Mag-Anak. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MAG-ANAK/
When I was applying for a fiancee visa, I used this group constantly. They were of tremendous help to me.
Good luck. I wish you well.

If you are going to bring a girl here to the USA you do not not need to go to manila! You can and HAVE to do it here in the USA. The only reason to go to see here is once you have requested the visa you have to provide proof that you have met her.

DO NOT listen to nicelvguy he does not know what he is talking about.
You have to apply for a fiance visa with the US gov't. It takes 8 months to one year to be approved. She will receive her visa after an interview at the US embassy in Manila.
There are many documents that you will need. When you go to visit her in the Philippines you need to bring back NSO copies of her birth certificate, NBI clearance, local police clearance, baptismal certificate and photo copies of her passport.
Take many pictures of the 2 of you together in front of landmarks, like airport signs, welcome to_____ signs, and keep all reciepts.
