In Berkely, California, a study in 2002 found that 12% of all deaths in the US between 1992 and 2002 were caused by brain implosion resulting from exposure to cultural diversity on the internet. As a result legislation was passed obliging all computers to be sold with a net around the monitor or notebook. The net was intended as a basic intelligence test so that only those whose IQ was above the danger zone could access the internet. It's a little known fact that this is actually where the expression "safety net" comes from.
