bob for apples, do "shots", do truth or dare, put on a Freddy movie. dance, drop names in a hat calling out: " the best costume" Plan a meeting to ask during the party if it should become an "annual "get together.

well if you really want everyone to wear a costume say they have to have a costume to get in. As far as games have a costume contest best and worst costume, and a pumpkin carving contest. And for decorations but like those orange pumpkin lights and a bunch of lights and glow in the daek stuff and decorate above and beyoned- see costume express.com for costumes and decor.
