I just recently started my job working at a cafe. It's a fun job but it doesn't pay well and the hours are short. The people are great and I just got settled into it. But before I got this job, I was trying to get into Ralphs Company because I use to work for Food 4 Less (it's ralphs company). My uncle has a friend, who's an M.O. at a ralphs and she could get me a job easily. She just called and told me to come in the store and she can get me a job. I wanted that job because i'm use to everything in that company and i know the police, eventhough it's a bit hard work but they pay more and give more hours. What should i do? Stay with my job that's fun with no benefits, less hours and less pay or go to a job with more pay more hours but less fun and hard work?

Also I have a daughter that's two monoths and I need to support.

`You need the money to support your daugther. I'd go with the "Ralphs" job.

Is it possible to schedule the jobs to do a bit of both?

You could go to collage and get a education, some university's will pay you to go to school. But Yale University want pay me because i'm a millionaire so i have to pay cash for my classes and every but that's not a problem. But you can take the job that pays more that has more hours no fun but that is very hard work. I hope i helped you out wait i know i did.

Well, let me see..... job 1.less pay, less work, more fun.
Job.2 more pay, more work, less fun.
they both have their benefits. You cud look at it this way. the job with less hours means more time with your daughter. and the job with more work would mean better financial support for ur daughter.
I guess the answer wud be upto u,.
Is the financial support more important or the time that u can spend with ur daughter, and remember, with the new job u also get new experience, so u cud learn more.

I think you should move to the higher pay job, even though it is more harder to do, it will be great to have a high paying job and a job that constantly offers duties and obstacles to overcome. So i would say go for it and change jobs.

Since you need to support the kid, go with Ralph's.

If it were just you and you were working for "fun money," then stay with the cafe.
