Go to a spa. I cant think of anything better than getting pampered. Find a package that includes maybe a facial, nails, massage and lunch. You wont regret it! You can even make it a day with the girls/mom & sisters if you want.
P.S. Happy Birthday!

Because you are pregnant, young lady, take things easy. Why do you want to do something different on your birthday? It is like any other of your earlier birth days. Do not physically strain yourself and do nothing that would harm or hurt your baby. As a 73 year old grandmother I can say this. Do not attempt to do anything 'different'. By the way, what is 'doing some thing different'? Whatever you do, keep in mind the well-being of your baby.

You can still have a party. Think ahead to the fact that you're about to bring a new ''birth'' into the world. That should help keep things in perspective. (At least it should).
