you can try a new screw or there is a special product that is like superglue but it is two types of goo that you combine at the time of reattachment and you would glue it back on to the windshield.
I've had to do that on more than one car. It should not cost much to fix it.

New screw or next size bigger. Most hardware stores may be able to help you. May cost 20 cents tops. Put a Booger on the screw then screw it in, the Booger keep it from coming out again. They sell stuff called; "Lok-Tight" to hold the screw, but, that an added expense, Boogers work good, just use a good firm one. Ha!

You didn't say if the screw "pulled" out or if just became unscrewed. If is just backed out, find it and screw it back in.
IF it stripped out and you can't get it to hold, get a size larger, (in diameter) screw, of the same type and length, and screw it in. It will hold. If it doesn't get another size larger in diameter.
Good luck. Pops

Go to a local auto parts store and buy you some rear view mirror adhesive. Doesn't cost that much and the directions are on it.

ok super glue wont work, it depends if it attached to the windshield or mounted to the headliner... if its atttached to the windshield, take it to a windshield place cost about 8.00 to get fixed, they sell special glue at auto stores, but it only last about a year and it will fall back off..

get a new screw and reattach it. if u need a new part, go to the junk yard and get it. it's cheap usually to fix these kinds of things.
