No, we could not. The issues are too visceral to allow that to work. This is a case that we have broken it but don't know how to fix it. Our presence simply exasperates the situation. We have no reasonable choice but to get out as bloodstained as our hands are.

I think we've tried it - in a variety of ways - and it hasn't worked. You have to be RATIONAL to understand the value of, and accept, a bribe. The terrorists over there have destroyed their own country and those around it.
I could use the $14,000...
