check with Parle or Vile Parle college see if the college will give you special permission to seat in offer a nominal fee.
Any other college near you Foreign embassy or consulates have the info on their society. EG., Indo-German society, German embassy/consulate can tell you, about it.
Local news paper and the telephone book can be a good source.
