Timetable is most often spelled as one word. It can be spelled as two words, or it can be hyphenated. The two word spelling is archaic.
The past participle of the Verb 'To spell' is both 'spelt' and 'spelled.' The use of 'spelt' is more common with the British Commonwealth countries. Spelled, consequently, is more common in the Americas.

It's one word.
And those of whom who do not know that "spelt" is perfectly acceptable, shouldn't be giving grammatical advise.
