No, I don't think that the U.N. is the best one to face issues of today's world. The U. N.'s funding is mostly from the u.s. so that is bush, who is presently part of the world issues and problems.

The u. s. has been finaniced from the united states for yeras, with out that support they would have not be able to fuction. I would then assume that they tend to side with the U.s or at least if they do not support the u.s. policies they are silent.
