This often indicates a marginally bad ram module. Try downloading a free ram tester and run multiple tests in a loop to see if it consistantly fails.

Maybe your stick or sticks of ram arent seated well?

Try setting them in the mo/bo a little more sturdier...

Josh B is correct. You may have to take them out and put them back in several times before they'll take 'properly'. Just be patient and it'll work out! good luck :-)
