Antimatter is part of the symmetric model we have of matter and also energy. For example the photon (energy) has an antiphoton, which, since it has no mass, is the same as the photon.
Now anti protrons and anit electrons have the same masses but opposit charges. Anti neutrons have the same mass as neutrons but an opposite collection of quarks (antiquarks), which gives the anti neutron an opposite moment. Like the anti neutron. the anti protron is composed of anti-quarks.
Only if the particle has mass will it be annihilate by its anti-particle.

it is the "opposite equivalent of matter", for example, the antimatter of an electron is a positron, which happens to have the same mass, but instead of having negative charge it has the charge of a proton (+1). When antimatter crashes with matter both particles are transformed into pure electromagnetic energy, for example, when an electron crushes against a positron, they origin a gamma ray, and vice versa (remember, according to Relativity, matter is just another form of energy).

Antimatter is an hypotetical form of matter that is identical to physical matter except that its atoms are composed of antielectrons, antiprotons, and antineutrons.
Matter and antimatter will react liberating energy according to mc2.
If you could obtain an antimatch for your normal match, then you will probably blow your town away. Do the calculation.....

Matter which consists of antiparticles, elementary particles of ordinary matter, such as protons and electrons, but have an opposite electrical charge. For example, an antiproton has a negative charge while a proton has a positive charge

Hi. It is matter with opposite electric charge in the individual particles. Electrons would have positive charge and be positrons, protons would have negative charge and be anti-protons. A positron circling an anti-proton is anti-hydrogen.
