2^x = 6,000,000,000
ln 2^x = ln 6,000,000,000
x ln 2 = ln 6,000,000,000
x = ln (6,000,000,000)/ln(2)
x = 32.48
It would take 32.48 centuries, i.e. 3248 years.
Of course, the premise of the question is rather questionable. Through most of human history, growth rates have been a lot slower than that. The population explosion of the last century was fueled in large part by the doubling of life expectancy, not by an increased birth rate. A doubled life expectancy will result in a doubled population even if the people are only reproducing at the replacement rate. In the industrialized world, people aren't even reproducing fast enough to replace themselves anymore; population growth in those countries is now largely caused by immigration.
However, if you take this strictly as a math problem and ignore the questionable assumptions, the answer is 3248 years :-)

Hi. Start with 16 humans to prevent inbreeding and subtract 300 years from the answer. Just over 500 years from two, 200 years from 16.

Okay, that's 32 doublings so 32 * 100 years per doubling is 3200 years.

accorring to your statistics it would take 3000 years, you can check this by taking 2 to the 30 (30 because it is every hundred years, so you have to divide 3000 by 100)

assume that the number of centuries is x
then, 6000000000=2^x
taking the logarithm:
log 6000000000=x * log 2
log 6+log 1000000000=x* log 2
then,
x=(log 6+9)/log 2
=32.48 centuries
=3.248 days of allah's days
;)
