To put your question in terms other people can understand - I think you mean you are in love with someone but he is dating your best friend.
All I can suggest do something to get yourself noticed by him, wear sexy clothes and makeup. Your best friend may not be happy if she thinks your after him as well, but until they are married, there is not much she can do to stop you getting his attention.
