Well...I'm 34 and it happens to me every single friggin month.
I'm a complete nut job. I feel completely not myself and everything seems 100 times worse than it really is. I'm overly sensitive...feel like I'm going crazy.....etc etc.
As soon as I get my period its a total relief. Most times I don't realize its my period causing it until i finally start menstruating...then I'm like oh yeah..this happens every month.
You aren't crazy...and you're definitely not alone!

Try a few weeks before I start and yes it is a part of us being unbalanced. I blew up at a coworker and took two days off so i could just kind of get back to normal but when i go back on monday
I am the crazy one . but in reality noone knows what you are going through but you. so try to calm down give yourself some me time and go for walk in you can or Get a little active , cleaning house or whatever and drink tea chamomile with honey make yourslef feel better and evaluate how you react towards others when you are going through this and hopefully next time you migh not be so aggressive.

This is so not ubnormal at all. It is perfectly normal. Time needed for a person to change his/her character is amazingly the 1/4th of a milli second. So it is not a different thing. But it need to be controlled or else you might just get into some kind of trouble as you have told about the boss. So you need to practice on cotroling your inner temtations and you are still not able to do that.
Better to consult a doctor, not a mental doctor or anybody some other kind of doctor - u know. That would also be a good alternative as he or she would be able to explain about this to you in a better and more efficient way.
Thats all i have to say.............

I'm not over 39, but as a 25 yr old I can total relate to what your saying. My Gyno doc gave me a prescription for zoloft for 100mg to take 2 weeks before my period, then the week of my period and the week after the period.

My gf is like that. She turns into a raging ***** no joke, any little thing will set her off and she won't stop comlaining about it. Luckily, she gives in to hot angry sex(hair stroking doesn't work, hair pulling does) from time to time, which makes her attitude MUCH easier to deal with, she can almost do no wrong.
