I haven't taken that risk since I wrote a love letter to a guy in high school-- which got me nowhere with him. So I'm gun shy now. But if you do do it, do it in a non risky way- like just amping up the attention you pay him, touching his arm a lot while you laugh like a fool at everything he says.

im a guy and when a guy likes a girl he doent tell her cause she might hete him,i should know,but if a girl tells that to girl then either they go out, or stay the same

since you guys talked...you might want to casually joke something like, "how would you like if I tell you I like you a lot?" etc..
But I guess since you like him, you would be able to tell whether is he into you or not, or just treat you as a normal friend.
