i dont see the problem with it. it is obviously a joke photo and the same question was written a little while ago and didnt get banned so probably only because they added the pic. also it depends on the people who are looking they probably reported it for abuse because they love to do that!

Because someone at Yahoo thought that it LOOKED as if the girl was kicking the guy in the N U T S - but if you look carefully, you can see she isn't (wrong angle/distance etc.)
