I've seen them at Sears in the shoe dept. I bought mine last year at Bakers Shoes but I haven't seen them again this year. Payless has something like it but 80's style. Urban Outfitters has one but with no buckle. I've also seen those boots at Charlotte Russe for a pretty good price.
