Some people just don't like being around other people. They may feel like they don't belong. If you want to help them, find out what kinds of things they like to do, and then ask them to come with you and your friends to the event. Make sure they know that they can talk or hang out with you anytime, even if you seem too busy.

Everyone has a different personality. Introvert meaning shy, loner, quiet, soft spoken. Extrovert meaning outgoing, friendly, talkative. This would be a boring world if everyone was a talker or if everyone didn't want to talk. Differences make the world interesting and fun.

I am like that. I LOOOOOVE being alone alot of times. I enjoy it because I find that I can feel so great then being around people just becomes draining. People tend to gripe and complain about their lives or gossip about others, etc. When I am alone I enjoy the moment and don't have to feel emotionally (and sometimes physically) drained by negative people.

It depends on individual characteristics and behaviour. Some people preferred to have a quiet and low profile living style while the rest enjoy meeting people. You can't force people to change to suit your living style, you have to let them decide on what type of living style they preferred rather than forcing them on something they don't like

Everyone different, like me for instance I like to stay home and listen to music. Unlike me my sister whose younger likes to out and have fun. People keep themselves to themselves because their not people persons and those who interact are social able. None of us are the same in less their twins.

People do not fit into a mold. He might have personal thoughts that are more reflective than yours. Talking slow and soft, you might take the hint that he prefers quieter, thoughtful people. That is a real turn-on for many!

It's the way he is. If you can deal with it, okay. If you're going to try to make him into something his not, better for both of you if you break it off NOW.
