What brand of oil should I get for my UK registered 2004 Peugeot 206 Diesel? Do the expensive brands make a difference to cheaper ones?

mobil delvac 15w40 the one and only true oil for diesel and gasoline engines reason for gas engines is it is rated for them as well it is all i use

Why not read the back of the oils. The only difference in price of oils is brand and the properties of oil.

Go to halfords and check out the correct oil for your car --buy their brand its as good as anything ---remember to change your oil filter at the same time

you should use the product recommended by the handbook. which is a total oil. oil used in diesel cars have different properties to oil used by petrol cars.

when it comes to oil then the more you pay is the better quality you get ..... get a synthetic oil thats a good type!!

dont buy the cheapest oil availble, but dont feel that you need to buy the most expensive.

Comma semi synthetic is ok
