millions of years = millions of years.
"Millions of years" is already in the form of years. Thats like asking how do you convert 50 feet into feet. You need to be more specific if you want a better answer.

If you have 1 million years (MY), then to convert to years (Y) you multiply by 1,000,000.

For example

2 MY = 2 * 1,000,000 = 2,000,000 years (Y)
