As a physician, the answer is no. But I do wonder the reason for your question. Do you think that someone has with-held sexual favors so to mislead you? Your question is puerile.

What happens to a muscle when you dont use it, does it get stronger or weaker?? I have had 3 kids, and my most recent boyfriend didn't even know I had kids. He said that my vagina was so good, I needed to have 9 more kids. He only met my youngest. I told him I had 3 kids, and he didn't believe me. When I was pregnant with my 1st child, I read a lot about what makes the muscles strong and weak. When the muscles are strong, you as a woman enjoy sex more because your orgasms are STRONG. I keep the muscles strong for my OWN sexual pleassure because men dont always take the time to make sure that they please you. When the muscles are strong, it takes me no time, and by my orgasms being so strong, it gives them more pleasure also. Exercise is the key. Practice Kegel exercises regularly, and stregthen the muscles in your legs, stomach, and back that support those muscles so that they are strong as well.

I am a guy and i found that when a girl starts exercising and doing a lot of aerobics the vagina gets tighter...its great.....yes if it isnt used it will also get tighter..but wouldnt you rather use it
