In UK SCREWFIX DIRECT they have next day delivery.
I have been using them for about 3 years now and I am very happy with their prices & their fast delivery.
As an example.....I placed an order at 3PM and I received the items at 9am next morning. They are in Somerset and I am in N.Ireland.
They will send you a catalogue.

You can only shop around. The main disadvantage with buying cheap is that the tools are only desined for occasional use and do not always cut accurately. Power is important in a jigsaw. The cheaper machines tend to be low powered and the temptation is to try to push them on which usually pushes the blade over and gives a splayed cut (I'm talking about the cut-out for inset sink etc). If you can get hold of any good used tools these would be better value.

Most of what you have listed will be used to fit the worktops, if you are not going to be using them again, esp. the router and mitre jig, you would be as well fitting all the cabinets yourself with hardly any expensive tools required, and get a joiner in to cut the sink/hob cutouts and mitre the corner joints. Otherwise you can get all these from Screwfix for £275.00 to £650.00 depending on brand/size/quality.

Dewalt tools are pretty good quality for the DIY level.
Figure out what your needs are then you can shop around using websites like
http://pricegrabber.com
Or you can just type the brand and model number into Google and get tons of results. Home depot does price matches with online stores, so if you see something for less online they may match it.

If you're not in a hurry, I'd check the classifieds for used tools.

Also, I know that Black and Decker have outlet stores. Maybe there is one near you (or maybe you could order from one).
