In one word: POWER. In two words: Power and OIL. In three words:Power, Oil, and the OBSCENITY of an arrogant, decadent son of royalty who, like Apollo's son, takes the reins of the Sun Chariot and, all out of control, drives it across the sky and singes the world. Somebody should slap Bush's hand too.

The United States has not lost a war since 1812, and it has not lost a major battle since the Korean War.
What you are seeing is the result of well-intentioned people trying to finesse a victory with a minimum of force, because they're too afraid the U.S. will look like a bully if we take the gloves off. They're too worried about being liked. If Fallujah had been treated the same way as Dresden, the war in Iraq would have been over two years ago.

In my humble opinion it is possible that Ms.Rice,George Bush and Gen.Collin Powell opposed the war from the beginning.it was Rumsfeld and Vice President Cheney who pushed the agenda of the war on behalf of their backers and these are the people who benefited the most. There are many photographs in which they show Rumsfeld and Powell arguing and Ms.rice is standing besides just watching. But true that Mr. President will get the blame ultimately.

You are very obviously stunned, with a bunch of untruths. The USA, is concerned about Japan and South Korea because we are honor bound to protect them. Bully? That is not even worth a reply.

Rice is merely a mouthpiece for Bush - and she does a good job of speaking properly to all of our foreign buddies. I personally believe that she has let her 'power' go to her head a bit. But then again, if you have, orr think you have the 'power,' why not flaunt it. Her father is a minister. Perhaps he taught her that war is good, that it is divine. Who knows? I'd love to face her one on one. I'd be the first to ask her if she believes all that doodoo she spits out everyday......
(And by the way Jay, the U.S. hasn't WON a war either.)

I think some country's leaders have put something into the Washington d .c. water supply.and It is affecting our leaders concept of reality. I have worked with mental patients for many years. Bush and his cronies. are completely mentally ill.there is no hope at all for them. it is a shame but we must remove them from there offices now. before bush does something really bad. like attack a country and kill hundreds of thousand s of innocent children .women. old people.ow wait hes done that. well. we must remove him before he does something worst. This is my professional opinion. wait. no .who are you? don't grab me like that. no. what are you doing with those cuffs.no leave me alone.HELP.

You got me. For the past 6 years little of our foreign policy has ever made sense. I don't think these dogmatized neocons see even a part of the big picture.
