Who are the most friendly, the americans or the russians?

I have worked with Americans in different parts of the world, and always found them to be very friendly, as I'm sure almost all will agree! This is one of those generalization questions isn't it? I'm not very happy with those questions! For example do all Americans hate Russians??
I have met many Russians, in fact I used to invite Russians to the UK and also help arrange visits to Russia for Brits!! Sounds highly suspicious doesn't it? (smacks of Communism)??
The Russians I have come into contact with were just as friendly as the Americans I have met, the language barrier was the main problem in getting to know them, but after enough booze was downed, by both parties the language was no longer a problem, I could freely call them all the Commie Bastar*s under the sun, and they had no hesitation in calling me a Capitalist pig! We seemed to pick up the meanings quite quickly, and many a good laugh was had by all!!
So to sum up , there are many unfriendly Americans, and many unfriendly Russians, also many unfriendly all nationalities, inc Brits!!!
But I am not really in any position to judge who are the 'friendliest' out of any group,except if I was really pushed I would say the Scottish are the most friendly in the world , and the unfriendliest are the English toffee nosed Bastar*s!!
But perhaps I am a wee bit biased??

I find Russians friendly in a different way to Americans, but then as an Englishmen who speaks Russian, I can see a Russian as more than a mad communist.

I'm Canadian & have never had the opportunity to visit Russia, but have visited the US & found Americans to be very friendly to me.
