I have known my boyfriend for 2 years now. Back then, he was skinny. It seems like since he's been dating me, he's been gaining weight. That was about 9 months ago.

It's not like he's obese or anything. He's just noticeably bigger.

I know he's really busy with work and school. So he's probably too tired and I can totally understand that. And in his free time, he's with me.

Some time ago, we'd mention working out together. I'm skinny, but I'd still offer it. He said he would go running... but I do NOT like to run. I get cramps easily. So it's like it was completely dropped.

He knows he has gained weight. We're both pretty blunt with each other hehe. I still love him and always will!! I'm just afraid he's going to perhaps end up getting obese to the point it's not healthy. We're only in our early 20s. And I know metabolism slows down when you get older....

Has anyone else noticed their S.O. gaining weight since you 2 started going out?

Well, I'm not so good at relationships, but since you say that you love him, there's probably nothing to worry about. I'd just suggest that you honestly tell him that because you care so much about him, you worry about his health. If he truly takes that seriously, then he'll most likely do something about it.

girl first of all if u really like him weight is not gonna matter. second if u cant run well walk wit him walking is still good for both you guys. but most important take him out to a gym or somthing like sports so u too can enjoy it while exercising.

Ma be he's becoming a man,or ma be he should lay off the beer some.Well if both have gain weight try cooking something to help both of u.

When u love someone looks are trivial..or u encourage them to eat right and drink lots of water and take a multi vitamin..

It happens...stress can reall affect it too.
