Yes, my Chocolate lab. He is the funniest best friend I have ever had. He waits for me on the foot of the bed when I shower, and sits by my side at my desk when I am on the computer. He has a great sense of humor but he smells, like a dog, really bad. But I love him anyway!

I can't tell if you want a testimonial about a favorite pet, or an opinion about breeds. My current dog is a 2 year old english black lab female, and shes the best dog I've ever had. Shes relaxed and obediant, and shes so calm that I don't worry about her being around cats, little kids, my 80-something year old grandparents, or anyone else.

My golden retriever Summer. She has always been good. As a puppy she never tore anything up, listened to reguar commands without being taut, was a very good girl. She still is. She can shake, give highfives, count, play baseball and softball. She can go on runs by herself, and she waits for us to wakeup to go to the bathroom in the mornings, she only barks when she doesn'r recognize a person, and is so sweet and playful. She's the best, were going to miss her when she passes.

She was a chow/shephard X. She was very loyal, playful & protective of myself & my child. She loved to catch snowballs & play volley with aired up balloons. If she caught it, well, that was the end of that balloon. She was my first dog & she lived to be 15 y.o.
I truly believe that animals pick us, tho. She had been abandoned as a puppy in a house next to a place that I worked. I took her home & that was all she wrote. All of my animals have come to me from situations like that & they have all been wonderful friends.

I had a Golden Retriever named Quincy for about 15 years. When I was an infant, he protected me wherever I would go, especially when my mom would take me in the stroller somewhere. If my dog was with us, he would not let strangers near me. What a great question! It brings back so many great memories with him.
