Not unless they're going to have different jobs or be seperated by gender.

One of the most important aspects of millitary training is the creation of a group bond within a unit. You can't have that if the unit is split up while training.

Yes. There are different standards in the military for PT and things like that. They need a separate place to shower and sleep. As for training for individual jobs. They are not separated at all and actually combined classes. It's important to learn what you are doing but during basic people don't even care about being trained separately or together--trust me!

Training is not about equality. They both have the same standards. They both have the same amount of expectations. There are MAJOR physical and psychological differences between the two that interfere with training. There is a BIG difference in physical standards because of the physical aptitude of women vs. men.

No. They should be treated equally. They should both be able to command any post in the military at any level. As long as they have earned the right to be there there should be no favoritism to the women or the men. The only thing women do differently than a man in the military is how they take a piss. Believe this, men have every chance in getting raped also. So, using that excuse is a bunch of crap and women are alot stronger mentally. As far as physically it all depends on how much you work out and train will depend on whose stronger or not. Equality should be expressed here for everyone involved.

"Women's Lib" groups have been ranting since the '70s for equal everything; equal pay, equal treatment, etc. While I don't care what they get paid or the opportunities they're afforded, by god women ought to get their wish for equality all around. Once they hit the military, they should be required to stand up to pee.

No. What would that accomplish? They need the same training, and they better get used to being around each other since they'll be fighting and dying in some **** hole together. Women shouldn't even be in the military anyways.

Yes. First off, women shouldn't be in the military at all--But that's a whole other topic.

Here are reasons:

-To protect women from rape and sexual harressment as much as possible.
-To give women the proper training
-Women can't be up to par with men--Women have a much lower physical, intellectual, emotional, and psychological capacity than men.

A woman's place is at home!

Peace.

yes, because unfortunately there would be alot of fraternizing and that would indeed get in the way of whats more important your training.

I think so. Men are too easily distracted. Most of them think with their penis. I honestly don't think it would be a problem for women.
