To answer your question, NO it isnt safe. You could rupture a testicle, and just think the residual pain is from being sore. Then you could get an infection, gangrene, testicular cancer, torsion,
Just have rough sex, its more healthy.

It would be nearly impossible to hit or slap him hard enough to do any permanent damage hitting or slapping with your hands. Nature made the testicles tough little buggers(the better to f*ck you with). If your use the actual stiletto heel of your heels to stand on him it might be enough to cause an injury.
If you stand on his junk with the ball of your foot, you don't weigh enough to actually rupture a testicle unless you are a REALLY BIG girl.
Start easy and work your way up until you find out what his limits are and how much he can take.

i think it is sick and you need help.the only time you should ever kick a guy in his balls or penis is when you are in a dangerous situation.you can rupture a testicle causing intense pain that could result in an emergency surgery.and there is a possibility the man will not be able to have have kids it can cause sterilazation.so before you think about acting out on such abusive behavior i would suggest you think about the consequences first.how would you like it if someone kicked you in your genital area not very funny is it

Safe within limits. Permanent damage is always possible. That is part of the turnon for my wife and I. She kicks, knees, squeezes, pulls, twists, punches, slaps, and stomps my balls almost every day. It's very painful for me, and it turns us both on alot. If he is okay with it, go for it.
